A class pitch that became a company

Rojina's digital marketing studio started as a BBA class project. Five years on, it employs twelve people.

Rojina Maharjan

Rojina Maharjan's business began as a slide deck for a BBA entrepreneurship class. Her idea (affordable social media marketing for small Kathmandu shops) won the class pitch and caught the eye of a visiting founder.

The pitch competition at MNC was the first time anyone told me my idea could work.

During her internship she tested the idea with three local businesses. By graduation she had paying clients.

Today her studio has twelve team members, several of them MNC graduates. "I hire people who can present, take feedback and work in teams, exactly what MNC trained us to do."
