Back in the classroom, as the teacher

Bikash Thapa always loved numbers, but it was his MBS thesis supervisor at MNC who showed him he could teach them too.

I teach the way my MNC mentors taught me: patiently, and with real examples.

After graduating, he started as a part-time lecturer while preparing for his MPhil. Today he teaches corporate finance full-time and mentors students on their own research.

"Good teachers change lives," he says. "Mine changed my whole career plan."
